Best Western Plus Pinewood Manchester Airport-Wilmslow Hotel

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, both during check-in and at breakfast. They made me feel welcome and ensured that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. the beds were also very comfortable, allowing me to get a good night's sleep after a long day of traveling. the breakfast had a wide variety of hot and cold food choices, with the food being replenished frequently and served at the perfect temperature.

The lack of plug sockets next to the bed side tables. It would have been more convenient to have a socket nearby for charging my phone overnight.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Manchester airport, making it a great choice for travelers. it is situated near shopping centers, providing ample opportunities for retail therapy. The rooms offer a comfortable and relaxing space, with clean and comfortable beds ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and attentive, addressing any concerns promptly. The breakfast was adequate, offering a variety of choices to start the day off right. the hotel provides a convenient and comfortable stay for travelers.

The shower over the bath was difficult to access and lacked a slip mat, making it potentially dangerous.

We had a wonderful stay here. This place situated in a lovely leafy area with delightful gardens. It is perfect for couples who want to get away from the loud noise of everyday life. The staff really do go out of their way to provide excellent service, and we appreciated the room amenities such as the tea and coffee facilities, flat-screen tv and the comfortable sitting area.
